What is your jewellery made from?
Our collections are made from high quality materials designed for everyday wear. We use 18k gold plating over stainless steel for our waterproof pieces, and sterling silver or 18k gold vermeil for our demi-fine designs
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Yes - our waterproof collection is designed to be worn everyday, even in the shower, sea or gym. Its tarnish free, sweat proof and made to last.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
No - our jewellery is made from durable, hard-wearing materials and coated using advanced plating techniques to ensure a long lasting shine.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, our pieces are all nickel and cadmium free and suitable for sensitive skin.
Orders & personalisation
Can I personalise my jewellery?
Yes - we offer a selection of personalised designs such as initial necklaces and engraved pieces. Please note personalised items can take up to 3 weeks to be made.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days (custom pieces up to 3 weeks) You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven't received this.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can make changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that your item may already be in production or dispatched.
How will my order be packaged?
Every piece comes beautifully presented in our branded luxury velvet gift pouch - perfect for gifting or keeping for yourself. Gift boxes are available to purchase.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes - digital gift cards are available so your loved one can choose their favourite piece.
I'm buying a gift - will prices be shown in the package?
No - we never include pricing information in the parcel.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on non-personalised jewellery within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. Due to their custom nature, personalised items are non refundable.
