Delivery

Standard shipping  – orders are shipped on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are shipped out within 48 hours of placing your order (with the exception of personalised orders which are bespoke and made to order – these take 3 weeks to ship). Standard shipping is £3. Orders are shipped out via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days of posting. All personalised orders only are sent 1^st class signed for

Returns & refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 28 days to return it back to us. Just contact hello@endlessstories.co.uk to arrange this. To complete your return we require proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless it is faulty.

Please note for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds on earrings unless faulty.

Once your items is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s and whether the refund is approved. It will be automatically applied to your original payment method

We will replace items if they are defective or faulty within 6 months of purchase. Please email hello@endlessstories.co.uk to notify us and we will need images of the faulty item or item to be returned to us for inspection before an exchange can be arranged.
